Blog on Losing Weight Fast Before The Wedding
I’m trying to lose weight with the help of my weight loss blog before the wedding. I have about 45 days so I should be able to lose the weight if I stay focused on my workout. You have no idea how much this journal keeps me organized with my eyes on the prize. The stats don’t lie, when I blog, I generally shed pounds and stick to my diet and when I don’t, I get lazy and gain back weight so I’ve really got to make sure I write about getting in shape at least 3 times a week, hopefully more.
I really want to look for the wedding. Luckily it’s not 2 weeks away so I don’t have to loose weight that fast, but I do need to hustle. Here are my 5 keys to success I outlined today in my offline weight loss blog also known as my notepad and pen:
* walk at least 20 minutes every morning no matter what
* 85% of my liquids need to be water
* motivate myself everyday after I wake up
* stay busy so I’m not tempted to eat just because the food is available
* continue to blog on weight loss to stay focused
* go to the gym 5 to 6 times a week
Those are my keys to weight loss success. My new strategy also includes some running which has been hit and miss for me. I want to get some very comfortable running shoes so I can make the process as easy and painless as possible and chart it in my “weight loss blog”. Another topic of conversation I will hit upon in this weight loss blog is the slow elimination of processed foods from my diet. Why do food companies have to create such unhealthy products? Its really hard to eat anything pure anymore so I’m going to frequent WholeFoods more often and get healthy, organic food which I have heard helps your weight loss more than low cal, low fat, low sugar processed diets.
My goal is to lose 12 pounds (healthily) in 45 days. That is almost 2 pounds a week and I think very doable if I tighten up my diet to 2,000 calories a day and burn an additional 250 calories each day. I’ll start charting my weight every blog so you can see whether or not the exercises and diets I’m using are working.
Here are the high calorie, high sugar, and high fat foods and drinks I’ll be staying away from in my new program for losing weight:
* all soda
* cookies
* chips
* pizza
* cake
* sweet tea
* ice cream
* buttered popcorn
* fast food hamburgers
Weight Loss Blog
If I can lose 12 pounds in 45 days, I will be one happy and energetic weight loss blogger. I do a lot of work on the computer. In fact, I do too much work on the computer. I’m on my summer break trying to generate some more revenue but the bad thing is my sleeping schedule is messed up and I’m working out 1/2 the time I used to. Well that stops today. I’m going to go to the local middle school football yard and running sprints. I’m also going to do some pushups, jump rope, and curls to get some all around workout in me. Once you start getting in better shape, you can’t let it go, you just can’t. The mountain can make you pause sometimes, but never stop.
I love the microwave pizzas. In my previous losing weight blog, I wrote about how they helped me lose weight. Both the South Beach Diet and Lean Cuisine taste good to me while offering low calories, low fat, and high protein. I think most kinds are about 330 calories and 100 calories from fat while offering 26g of protein. Pepporoni, three meats, chicken and spinach, and three cheese are my favorites. At $2.50 – $3.50 apiece depending where you’re at, these pizzas are economical in addition to being great sources of necessary nutrients. Fast, cheap, tastes good, and is ok for you. These are winning combos for me and I’ll continue to blog on my weight loss by using these two products (though as I’m reading more about processed foods I’m thinking I may not want to eat them). Take these two work or school and just put them in the microwave for 2:50.
Losing Weight With Microwave Dinners
One of the biggest obstacles people have is avoiding the real exercise and the real dieting. You walk around the gym and do a few stretches, lift some weights, and maybe play in the pool if you’re feeling adventurous but you don’t do any heavy lifting (and I mean that figuratively). Stop avoiding the treadmill and attack it – this is one of my primary philosophies in my weight loss blog. I’m a big advocate of running to shed the fat. Attack sit-ups. Attack the rotex machine. This cardio is the key to losing weight. Sweat your ass off. You aren’t going to lose weight lifting weights or splashing around in the pool. Could you get stronger? Of course. Can having more muscle help you burn calories? Yes.
But right now this is not what you need. You need to get some good old fashion walking or jogging and start getting those sweat glands working.You don’t have to have a warrior workout. Just make it an effort. Don’t talk to anyone. Don’t read a magazine. Put your headphones on. Listen to the music that pumps you up the most. Think about why you want to lose weight and do it.
There is no magical trick where one day your in shape. Being in shape and losing weight. comes from living that type of lifestyle. It’s a way of living thing, not a trick like infomercials would have you believe. There are some things that can help you in your journey to lose weight that might seem trivial but do help like weight loss blogs, substituting bad calories for good calories, eating more meals, but with smaller portions, and so on. You can start as slow as you want. All you need to do is put in a diligent effort and dedication to getting a nice healthy cardio exercise 5-6 times a week. Its not as bad as you make it out to be. Just work out 30 minutes in the morning. That’s your start. Walk, jog, bike – whatever you want. Just have a good workout and feel good about it.
Next weight loss blog will be a huge way to lose weight that you know about and need to read again because it is super helpful. Last night I ate a big meal after hardly getting anything to eat the whole day. Hardly the way you want to do anything, but it was done and recorded in the weight loss blog. The first thing I did this morning was do a little cardio exercise even though I was and still am tired. When you’ve taken the first couple of big strides and lost 29 pounds, the last thing you want to do is steadily let yourself crawl back.
With that thought in my mind, I did something I call running the step. At my house, there’s one step approximately 6 inches off the ground. What I did was run on and off of it for 36 minutes. It might be somewhat akin to running, but it’s probably only 2/5 the workout. Still, it got my blood moving and my body sweating which is what I wanted. This exercise isn’t going to help me lose any weight given the circumstances in which it came, but it will help keep some of that weight creeping up on me at bay.
When you’re trying to lose weight and you’re successful at taking clumps out of that weight, remember there is no letting up before achieving that goal. Even after reaching the goal, you need to transition your diet and exercise to that of being in shape. If you’re thinking, “this doesn’t ever end”, you’re right. Fitness is a forever thing. Get used to it. Get off your ass and do something. I highly recommend you start a weight loss blog to get your going and holding yourself accountable.
